In 2010, I helped a few friends organize their homes and realized… I loved it - am was good at it! What started as a favor turned into a calling. For the past 14+ years, I’ve helped hundreds of women declutter their homes, shift their mindset, and create organizing systems that actually work for their real, everyday lives.

A Certified Life Coach with Life Mentoring School, Organize 365 Certified Paper Solution® Organizer, and Productive Home Solution Certified Organizer, and Productivity Specialist — so whether we’re digging through paper piles or digging into your mindset, I’ve got the tools to help you create lasting change.

How long will the organizing process take?

It depends on the size of the space, how much stuff is in it, and how quickly decisions are made. With 20+ years of experience, we’ll give you an accurate estimate during your consultation so there are no surprises.

This service includes 40 man-hours. We work efficiently, which means we will keep you on track as we work on your spaces. If more time is needed, you can add service hours as necessary.

What happens to the items I decide to get rid of?

We will discuss where you would like your donated items to go before we begin your home organization. If you don't have a preference, we will take your items away from your home and drop them off at a local donations center. We can also contact local charities for donation pick-up.

Do I need to be present during the organizing process?

Some of our clients are with us the entire time. We also have clients who are not with us the whole time - they tell us what they need done and we can work without them for a couple hours at a time. You have the final say in what is decluttered/discarded/donated.

What is included in the home organizing?

🏡Do I need to clean up before you come?

Nope! Please don’t. We want to see your home exactly as it is so we can create systems that work for your real life — not the cleaned-up version. You don’t need to apologize or prep — we’re here to help, not to judge.

🏡Will you make me throw everything away?

Never. We’ll guide and support you through making decisions, but you are always in control of what stays and what goes. This is your home, your stuff, and your story — we’re just here to help you lighten the load.

🏡 Are organizing products included in the package?

We’ll bring all the tools we need for sorting, decluttering, and setting up basic systems. If we recommend additional containers, bins, or specialty items, we’ll work with your budget — and the cost of those products is additional.

🏡Do I have to buy new organizing products?

Not at all! We’re great at repurposing what you already own. If you want to shop for new items, we’ll help you find things that are both beautiful and functional — but it’s totally optional.

🗂️How will you handle the paper organizing?

You will start by completing a Paper Organizing Survey and we will discuss your paper project. We will take the bins and boxes of paper with us and then organize them with input from you. During the paper organization, we will be in contact with you when questions arise. When it is completed, we will return your paper organized to you.

🗂️ What is a binder system for organizing paper?

It’s personalized binders that holds your most important documents — medical, financial, home, emergency contacts, passwords, and more. We’ll build it with you so your family has what they need and you finally have peace of mind.

If you use the Organize 365® Binder System, we will get them set up for you.

🗂️Do I need to sort my papers before you come?

No need! Just gather your piles into one central spot — we call it the “Paper Parking Lot.” We’ll sort and categorize everything when we take it with us. All we need from you is your completed Paper Organizing Survey, and any paper system that you currently have.

🗂️What kind of paper do you help organize?

Everything from bills and tax documents to medical records, school papers, and that mystery pile on the kitchen counter. We’ll sort it all, help you decide what to keep, and create a simple system that works for your life.

🗂️ Do you help with digital organization?

Digital decluttering is not my area of expertise. I highly recommend Stefanie Ardoin, Island Organizing for digital declutter session to help with email overload, file cleanup, and simple folder systems that make sense. You’ll breathe easier knowing where everything lives — online.

🧠What does coaching have to do with organizing?

Everything. Clutter often isn’t just about stuff — it’s about stress, mindset, habits, and emotions. Coaching helps you understand why you feel stuck, how to shift your thinking, and how to build habits that support lasting change.

🧠What if I’ve never worked with a life coach before?

No worries! Coaching is simply a supportive space to think out loud, set goals, shift your mindset, and get unstuck. You’ll always feel safe, heard, and guided — never judged or pushed.

🧠What kind of support do I get between sessions?

You’ll get access to on-the-go support via the Voxer app. This uses text, voice, and photo messages — so if you’re having a rough day or need help with a quick decision, I’m there for you.

🧠How long is the coaching support included in the Reset package?
